QSL CARD REQUESTS.
You now have the choice of requesting your QSL card(s) via the On-line QSL Request System (OQRS) or via the traditional bureau system. You may also send me your card(s) via the postal system in the traditional manner, but OQRS is much preferred. For full information on all ways of QSLing via G3SWH, please visit my QSL-ing methods page. If you have worked one or more of the DX stations that I manage and need QSLs, I offer an On-line QSL Request Form to request your QSL card(s). You can request more than one direct QSL at a time. Your QSL card(s) are then printed and either mailed direct or sent to you through the QSL bureau. You do not need to send me your card! I use Amateur Contact Log software by Scott, N3FJP for all my QSL management activities. For more information, please click on the link. How does the Online QSL Request facility work?Your first decision is whether you want to receive your QSL cards automatically via the bureau or automatically mailed directly to you. For either service you need to enter your callsign, the details of those QSOs you wish to have confirmed and any optional comments. If you choose the Direct QSL Service you will also need to enter your e-mail address, mailing address and finally make the PayPal payment. Please enter the e-mail address that you have registered with PayPal! Why bother with mailing direct? The OQRS is easy and reasonable. Any queries or unforeseen issues will be handled via e-mail. I have arranged for you to make your payment via PayPal. It's easy, secure and you don't even have to have a PayPal account to do so, as you can also contribute with a major credit card! You can choose to pay in either US $ or Euros. Just follow the directions. When using the Online QSL Request Service, please do NOT send further cards via the bureau or direct! This means extra and unnecessary work for me. Please remember always to check the DX station's online log before requesting QSLs. |
Direct QSL Service.I suggest a minimum payment of the equivalent US $3.50 or 3.00 Euros for up to 2 QSL cards mailed worldwide. Please add the equivalent of US $0.50 or 0.50 Euros for each additional card. Extra funds to help me cover the cost of this service (incoming and outgoing bureau, QSL printing, stationery supplies, etc.) are always extremely welcome and put to good use. After I receive a payment confirmation from PayPal, I will print the address label and the QSL and mail it directly to you within a reasonable length of time. | Bureau QSL Service. You can also request cards for many of the stations that I manage through the bureau. Your card(s) will be printed and sent automatically via the RSGB QSL bureau. No payment is necessary. Please note that, following a decision by the RSGB QSL bureau not to process outgoing cards for non-members, paper QSLs for several of the stations that I manage are ONLY available DIRECT. These stations are marked with a # in the list here and identified on the relevant station's web page. |
If you still decide to mail direct, please refer to my notes on paying the return postage. |
